- Inaccuracy in the marking of prices, with some products may contain incorrect price, so if you confirm in advance the prices, where to process orders. If the product price is lower than the advertised price, the difference will be returned. If the price is higher, the customer will be informed by e-mail, pending the client’s decision to accept the new proposal or cancel your order.

Goat streetwear does not accept any responsibility for any delay or inability to process your order, especially on delivery, due to error or failure of the data reported by the Customer. In case of any error on the data provided it can be communicated to Goat streetwear via email or phone but with no guarantee of possible resolution without additional costs.
6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
- Goat streetwear guarantees the confidentiality of all data supplied by the User
- All personal data identified in the Order Form as Mandatory are fundamental to the Supplying of the Service. Not including or mistakenly providing any of these details are the User’s responsibility and can lead to refusal of Service by Goat streetwear.

7. ONLINE ORDERS
- To make purchases through the site goat-streetwear.com is required from the customer to fill all the data requested on the web form available on our site.
- The validation of the purchase order assumes that the customer have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Use.
- The data recorded in goat-streetwear.com constitute evidence of all the transactions between the client and Goat streetwear.
- Once you complete your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirming the transaction. If the data provided is not correct you can ask us to change it immediately, or do the cancellation of the order made via our email or phone. We will only be able to change your information or cancel it if the order was still not picked up by our transportation company – CTT.
8. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- Goat streetwear only processes an order placed by a customer after confirmation of payment.
- The estimated time for dispatch adds that the transport time depends on the destination of your order.
- Goat streetwear only ships during weekdays. In this way, are not counted, nor on weekends or holidays, to estimate delivery orders.
Any delay in shipment of articles, on the dates presented estimation, does not confer the right to compensation.
9. CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
- You may cancel your order at any time until the delivery thereof, entitled to a refund of all money paid. Upon receipt of the order by Customer, it may exercise its right of free settlement in terms provided by law and below.
- In case of unavailability of the product and / or out of stock, the customer will be informed of the partial or total cancellation of your order to be entitled to reimbursement of their amount paid.
- For orders paid partially or in full, using credit, the credit agreement is automatically and simultaneously had to be resolved, without penalty (see Article 8. Of the Decree No. 143/2001 of April 26, as amended by Decree No. 82/2008 of 20 May).
- Products ordered online can be exchanged in the 15 (fifteen) days following the delivery, as long as the product stays intact and without any sines of use. The packaging must be returned complete and the product cannot have been worn.
- After contact with the “Customer” Goat streetwear will give the indications of return, and the client may send the item properly packaged with original packaging to the address provided via email or phone.
If you choose to return the value:
- In case of returns, Goat streetwear will only pay the item returned and is not responsible for the payment of shipping.
- In case of exchanges, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay postage to return the article, and responsible for the shipping value of the substitute item.
- To make exchanges / returns, you must send us an email. Please do not damage the packaging, or place tape directly on the original packaging or we can’t accept the exchange / return.
Goat streetwear reserves the right not to accept articles that do not meet these conditions.
In case of manufacturing defect, which is when a problem is detected in the product that is obviously not meant to exist, the user should return the product, along with a copy of the invoice. The packaging must be returned complete, as delivered and along with all documents regarded, namely the sale invoice (can be sent by e-mail to [email protected]), otherwise the exchange or refund will be canceled and the original product will be returned to the User. The package should be sent to the address provided via email or phone.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
- All purchases made on the site goat-streetwear are subject to Portuguese law. Any dispute or difference in interpretation Terms and Conditions of Use and Portuguese will be submitted to the competent Court.
- If our client is outside of Portugal, Goat streetwear advises that any legal proceedings shall be operated with a Portuguese Court.
